Keeping Your CrossFit Box Clean

OK , let's talk dirty. Hands up those who have made to inches in a CrossFit gym and noticed a suspect on the ground or in a nail clipper foot half eaten . This is something that gets you out of the moment to feel like an incredible athlete and a "this is disgusting, I heck out of this plant " moment .

Hygiene and cleanliness may be one of the biggest complaints gyms CrossFit if it is not properly take care of your space. With the garage door is open, the wind blows in all types of waste and bleed , sweat and throw all kinds of bodily material .

It is very important to have a system in place with coaches and members to ensure that their gym is a safe place for WOD in. If a box is not cleaned properly , members may be susceptible to ringworm, the hepatitis B , hepatitis C , HIV , warts, a number of viruses and is Grose admit it, but the list is long.

I set up in my mailbox the next plan of action and managed to keep the members of my safe and healthy despite the amount of blood , sweat and tears that occur daily .

One way that we keep all our own gym is to use FitWipes . They are a great product that is free of chlorine and alcohol at the same time provides strong chemical disinfectants. These wipes are for equipment and floor use only.

The chemicals are designed to kill bacteria and viruses , do not use on your skin ! They keep my gym a clean and safe environment for the WOD in. Because the level of dedication of my athletes, who tend to sweat hard and sometimes even bleed .

If you create a pool for exercise, have been charged with cleaning FitWipe to reorganize the next class. More importantly, if you are bleeding for any reason , it is imperative to disinfect the computer you are using and tell the coach of this class.

The coach is responsible to recheck the area or equipment to ensure that members have enough work to sterilize . The gym also cleaned twice a day with an antibacterial disinfectant and bars / equipment is cleaned by a professional team once a week .

My level of cleanliness is important to me and my community of athletes for this high-level understanding at both ends keep my sport clean. It may seem a bit exaggerated, but you know what they say, "prevention is better than cure". ( Or, " prevention is better than the worm ring on the back. )
