Fitness Cake : Eat The Nutrient Rich Diet


Time flies. Starting today, I'm exactly 12 weeks fitness magazine of my contest. Protein Peanut Butter Chocolate fitness birthday cake Butter Cup protein Cake Peanut cup cake

1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder (I used Hershey's Special Dark)
c coconut flour
3 tablespoons liquid egg whites or 1 egg
1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder (I used a mixture of casein / whey)
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons water
1 c or other PCB peanut butter powder
Mix all ingredients but the PCB in a cup in the microwave. Dough will be slightly thicker than brownie batter then illiquid. Depending on your protein powder, you may need to add a little more water 2 tablespoons to get that consistency. Add a little at a time until desired thickness.

Microwave for 1 minute depending on the strength of  fitness magazine your microwave. Keep an eye on it while cooking and add or subtract as long as necessary fitness cake. My old microwave is low, so mine took 1 minute and 45 seconds.

I always use the special dark chocolate in my kitchen, but of regular sugar cocoa is a perfect substitute fitness cake. As my other recipe, I used vanilla protein powder 8 stage because I love the taste of these things.
